Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all quotations, sales, and services provided by Hi-Tech Epoxy Flooring (“the Contractor”) to the Client (“the Customer”). By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
    1. Quotations and Pricing
        • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
        • Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to the scope of work, floor condition, or additional requirements may incur extra charges.
        • GST will be applied to all prices unless otherwise stated.
    2. Deposits and Payments
        • A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of works, with the balance due on completion of the project.
        • Payment may be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
        • Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.
    3. Site Preparation and Access
        • The Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the site and that all areas are free from obstructions prior to commencement.
        • Vehicles, tools, and materials may need to remain onsite for the duration of the project.
        • The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by lack of site access or other trades interfering with scheduled works.

        • All epoxy flooring systems are applied to existing substrates. While every effort is made to prepare and repair surfaces (including crack patching, grinding, and levelling), the Contractor is not responsible for structural issues or imperfections in the base slab.
        • Moisture, movement, and other underlying substrate conditions may affect the finished result and are outside the Contractor’s control.
    5. Application and Curing
        • Epoxy coatings require suitable environmental conditions for application and curing. The Customer must ensure the area remains free of traffic, dust, water, and other contaminants until the coating has fully cured.
        • Standard curing time is 24–72 hours, depending on the product and weather conditions. Extended curing time may apply before heavy use
    6. Variations in Appearance
        • While every effort is made to deliver a consistent finish, slight variations in colour, texture, or gloss may occur due to the nature of epoxy products, flake distribution, and environmental conditions.
        • Samples and photographs are provided as a guide only.
    7. Warranty
        • Hi-Tech Epoxy Flooring provides a warranty on workmanship in accordance with product manufacturer guidelines.
        • Warranty does not cover:
        • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of care.
        • Movement of the substrate, moisture issues, or cracks appearing after application.
        • Staining, chemical spills, impact damage, or hot-tyre pickup.
        • Warranty claims must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
    8. Customer Responsibilities
